Croatia head coach Ante Čačić has presented the list of candidates for the upcoming Mexico friendly and Iceland qualifier.

Croatia visits Reykjavik to play Iceland on 11 June (20:45) in the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifying, with Ante Čačić's men at the top of the Group I (13 points), while Iceland holds the second place (10 points). In November in Zagreb, Croatia celebrated 2:0 victory over Iceland.

Croatia head coach Čačić has selected 23 players for this match. The players will arrive on 5 June in Zagreb, and leave for training camp at Sv. Martin na Muri. Croatia captain Luka Modrić and his Real Madrid teammate Mateo Kovačić meet Mario Mandžukić and his Juventus team in Champions League final in Cardiff on 3 June.

Vedran Ćorluka, Šime Vrsaljko, Marko Pjaca, and Andrej Kramarić all miss out due to injuries, while Mario Pašalić, Franko Andrijašević, and Ivan Santini have earned their call-ups through excellent performances during this season.
