The ideal outcome of third qualifying rounds of Champions League and Europa League, with all four Croatian representatives reaching the play-offs, has brought joy to all football fans in Croatia.

Croatia champions Rijeka made the most out of the away goal to eliminate Red Bull Salzburg, Dinamo held on to the advantage against Odd, Osijek repeated a famous victory over PSV, while Hajduk was successful against Brondby.

Davor Šuker, Croatian Football Federation president, was happy with the results achieved:

"I congratulate our clubs. This is extraordinary accomplishment, a brilliant outcome to be remembered! We really need to be proud of this success, we have never had four clubs in both play-off rounds of European competitions. Everyone deserves to be praised, from the players and coaches to the management. Well done to everyone who gave their contribution".

"Three full crowds this week and the joy in the stands bear witness of Croatia's love towards football, of the importance of clubs' success, and of the value of Croatia club football. We are witnessing an euphoria, with both media and the fans contributing to the positive atmosphere, and now we see what it means to the players. Good luck to our clubs in Nyon draw and the play-off rounds. According to their performances, they can all reach the group stage. Let us keep dreaming!", said HNS president Šuker.
