On the eve of the EURO 2024 qualifier with Wales in Split, meet some of the members of their national team squad and their manager.

Ben Davies

Ivan Perišić's teammate at Tottenham - with more than 200 appearances for the club - is a reliable option for the left side of Welsh defence. His 77 international caps include the road to the EURO 2016 semifinals. Interestingly, Davies' made several steps to his senior career in the youth academy of the Danish side Viborg.

Neco Williams

A product of Liverpool football academy, 21-year-old Wales defender has already collected 26 international appearances, and signed for Nottingham Forest last summer. His progress was not stopped by a serious back injury in 2017, and he was quick to score his first two international goals: one in the UEFA Nations League, and one in the successful 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifying campaign.

Aaron Ramsey

The experienced midfielder confirmed his quality at Arsenal and Juventus, but is also popular due to a "curse" that connects his goals to celebrity demises. This season, he defends Nice colours in France. As a 17-year-old, he made his first Wales appearance, and at EURO 2016 he provided the most assists alongside Eden Hazard, which allowed him to be selected in the Team of the Tournament.

Kieffer Moore

With almost two meters in height, Wales striker Kieffer Moore always presents a danger in the opposing box. He tests his skills in English football for a number of years, including this season's challenges in Bournemouth's Premiership campaign. Moore scored nine international goals and appeared at the FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

Daniel James

The versatile Welsh forward was shining in 2019, when he got the opportunity to play for Manchester United. He continued his career at Leeds United, while currently play on loan at Fulham. James is one of the creative forces in the Wales national team, and with 25 years of age, he has already appeared at the previous two major international tournaments.

Manager: Rob Page

The current head coach of the Wales national football team has started his managerial career at Port Vale and Northampton Town, while in 2017 he took over the Welsh U-21 side. From this position, he was able to replace Ryan Giggs in 2022 on interim basis, and later on a permanent deal. At EURO 2020, he reached the second round with Wales, and then secured the 2022 FIFA World Cup berth, the achievement that Wales was waiting from 1958.
